My Trip Online: the Complete Guide to Every Feature

  • September 22, 2026
  • Jules

Travel planning rarely stays in one place. Your flight details are in one email, check-in opens on an airline website, airport services have their own booking pages, and tickets for your destination are somewhere else entirely. My Trip Online brings several of these jobs together for frequent travelers, families, freelancers, and business travelers who would rather spend less time switching between sites and watching the clock. It is an independent paid assistance service, not an airline or airport, and travelers can still check in or buy airport services directly.

Automated My Trip Online Check-In: How Boarding Pass Delivery Works

If you tend to remember to check-in at the last minute, this feature can take one small job off your travel list. Enter your booking reference, travel date, and email address, and the service will watch for the airline’s check-in window to open. It then checks you in and sends the boarding pass by email, usually 24 to 48 hours before the flight.

The service works with airlines including Ryanair, Wizz Air, and easyJet, although availability can depend on the route and booking. It is worth confirming that your particular flight is supported rather than assuming that every flight with the same carrier will work in the same way.

Once you have added a trip, there are still a few things worth doing yourself:

  • Enter each passenger’s details exactly as they appear in the airline booking.
  • Check the inbox and spam folder linked to the order.
  • Keep the original airline confirmation somewhere easy to reach.
  • Review the boarding pass when it arrives instead of waiting until you are at security.

Even if automated check-in is complete, give My Trip Online and your inbox a final look before leaving home. Check your baggage allowance, travel documents, departure time, and boarding time as usual. Depending on your destination, the airline may still ask to see your passport or visa at the airport.

That last point matters on some international routes. Even when online check-in is available, the airline may still ask a traveler to visit the counter for a document check.

Fast Track and airport lounges

Fast Track is easy to confuse with priority boarding, but the two services apply at different points in the journey. Fast Track gives you access to a designated lane at airport security. Priority boarding is an airline service that affects when you join the line at the gate. Paying for one does not automatically give you the other.

At a busy airport, Fast Track may spare you the longest part of the regular security line. The priority lane can still have a wait, especially during peak hours. Treat fast track My Trip Online reviews as accounts of individual trips rather than a promise of what will happen on yours.

For a parent traveling with children, even a somewhat shorter line can make the morning easier. A business traveler may value knowing that there is less chance of spending half an hour in a security queue. And if you simply dislike arriving three hours early “just in case,” Fast Track can give you a little more breathing room.

Lounge access is mainly about having a better place to spend your time at the airport. You might use it to answer emails, have a meal, charge your devices, or simply sit somewhere quieter before boarding. My Trip Online offers member rates at participating airport lounges.

What else can you arrange through My Trip Online?

Having all three services in the same account is most useful when you are organizing a fuller trip or travel often.

Ticketline is useful when you want to land with at least part of the trip already arranged. You can book a museum, tour, or local activity without spending time figuring out unfamiliar ticket sites after arrival. If you want to avoid the main line, read the listing closely. Timed entry tells you when to arrive; it does not necessarily give you priority access.

The destination guides can fill in the gaps around those bookings. They are good for  building a plan that still leaves room to change your mind. Check current hours, prices, transportation, and visitor rules separately.

The eSIM helps with another common arrival-day problem: getting mobile data. It works on compatible, unlocked phones and can be installed before the trip, preferably over reliable Wi-Fi. Coverage and data limits depend on the plan, so choose one for the places you will actually visit and follow its activation instructions. Travelers who use several of these services may appreciate having everything together.

Help with delayed flights and lost luggage

Compensation claims are much easier to deal with when you have kept a clear record of what happened. After a serious delay or cancellation, save your flight number and date, booking confirmation, boarding pass, airline messages, and receipts from the extra costs you incurred. My Trip Online can then help prepare the claim and send it to the right company.

The outcome depends on the circumstances of the disruption. Passenger-rights rules vary by route, while the length and cause of the delay and the operating airline may also affect the claim. The service can handle much of the administrative work, but it cannot guarantee payment.

Missing baggage has to be handled with the airline first. Report it at the baggage desk before you leave the airport and ask for a Property Irregularity Report or case number. Keep your luggage tag and boarding pass, then save all correspondence and receipts until the bag is returned or the case is resolved.

Do this promptly. Deadlines for baggage claims can be short, and the airline remains the party responsible for tracing the bag and deciding the claim. The service can help with the paperwork and follow-up, but it does not replace the initial airport report.

What do travelers say: is My Trip Online legit?

There is enough public information to verify who operates the service. Its terms name Eudialyte Limited, a Cyprus-registered company, and provide an address, email, subscription conditions, cancellation methods, and refund provisions. The same terms describe the company as an independent provider of travel assistance for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Public customer reviews provide another reference point. On Trustpilot, My Trip Online has more than 17,500 reviews and a TrustScore of 4.0 as of September 2026. Many customers say the service made booking or check-in quick and uncomplicated. With that many reviews, there are naturally negative experiences too, but one complaint appears often enough to stand out: some customers say they did not understand that they were signing up for recurring charges.

Reviews.io gives My Trip Online a 4.9 rating. That figure is based on only 17 reviews, however, so it says much less about the typical customer experience.

The reviews support two conclusions. The service has worked well for many people, and the subscription terms have upset some customers. Read those terms carefully before paying so you know what will be charged after the initial purchase.

My Trip Online customer service and subscription management

If you need help with an order, you can email contact@my-trip-online.com or use the contact form on the company’s website. The current terms also list a UK phone number, online chat in the Member Area, and an electronic cancellation option inside the account.

Include the details support needs to identify your purchase: your checkout name and email, the order number, and a short description of the issue. Put your request in plain terms too. “Please cancel future payments” and “I am requesting a refund” are different instructions.

The English check-in site currently advertises a three-day trial activated by a small check-in purchase. Unless it is canceled, the trial is followed by a recurring monthly or quarterly plan. Prices and currencies can differ by plan or regional checkout, so rely on the amount and billing date shown before you pay.

My Trip Online cancel subscription requests can be submitted through the electronic termination option in the Member Area. The My Trip Online unsubscribe page provides another direct route, and you can also contact customer service.

According to the current terms, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the active billing period and prevents further renewal charges. It does not automatically refund payments that have already been collected.

Not every payment is automatically excluded from a refund. The policy allows for exceptions when a service was not provided or did not meet the agreed conditions, as well as in cases of unlawful or duplicate billing. Explain which issue applies to you and include the order number and payment details. Hold on to the response and any cancellation confirmation until the account is fully settled.

Is the service worth using?

An occasional traveler may not need the entire range of services. If you take one solo flight a year, automated check-in could be the feature you notice most. For a family, the useful part may be getting through security more smoothly and having somewhere comfortable to wait before an early departure.

People who travel regularly are more likely to use My Trip Online in different ways from one trip to the next. A business traveler might use the lounge and eSIM on one journey, then need Fast Track or claims assistance on another. Ticketline and destination guides are better suited to trips that still need planning. In practical terms, the more often you travel, the more opportunities there are to use several parts of the service.
