Main & Grill: The main course menu is also pretty special.
- Mains: Chargrilled venison haunch, pan-fried sea bass, slow cooked belly pork and a mixed bean burger are just some of the fare which flies out of the main course kitchen at Brossen Steakhouse. The Brossen burger, steak and blue cheese salad, and grilled lemon sole fillets help to round out the menu .
- Grill: Face it most people who come to a steakhouse want to enjoy the steaks. The steaks at Brossen are dry aged a minimum of 28 days to extract the full flavor. Off the bone you have 8 oz.
