Are you lucky enough to be traveling to Bali this summer? If you have chosen Bali as your summer holiday destination, then you have made a fantastic choice! There are few other destinations in the world that better Bali for it laidback atmosphere, fabulous beaches and buzzing nightlife in Kuta. Travellers from all over the world visit Bali once, fall in love and make their back many times over the years.

And a perfectly planned journey will ensure your Bali getaway is a memorable one. So once your flights are all booked, which is easy enough in itself as Bali Airport Ngurah Rai in the capital, Denpasar, is just a short hop from all the major cities in Asia, all you have to focus on now is finding the perfect Bali hotels for you and your travelling party.

There are an abundance of hotels in Bali with accommodation options to suit all budgets. There are plush high-end five star hotels with all conceivable mod cons and feature tasteful decorations, fantastic customer service and of course all the facilities that a modern traveller will require. The larger modern hotels tend to incredibly conveniently located across the island, from the lively and popular Kuta area to the pristine beaches of Nusa Dua and the cosmopolitan feel of Sanur. You’ll almost certainly be guaranteed restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, swimming pools and a fitness suite all on site. Opt for an all-inclusive option to really make your trip laidback; after all, it’s one less thing to think about!

For a great standard of accommodation and service there is the deluxe Bali accommodations option, which is typically the four star option, still a great choice with plenty of on-site facilities for all the family, but not quite as expensive as the luxury options. Also within this category are the hotels and villas which are classed as superior. Again there is good quality accommodation, service and facilities, such as children’s clubs, spas and leisure and fitness suites. Try a boutique hotel in well-connected Legion or Seminyak or a stay at the cultural capital of Ubud.

And for those on a smaller budget, Bali really is an old pro at providing accessible accommodation for all budgets; after all, this is the original backpacker’s paradise! There is a great choice of cheap hitels in Bali and for a good selection of on-site facilities such as a restaurant, gift shop and swimming pool, try a ‘moderate’ accommodation rating which is applied to hotels, villas, guesthouses etc. You’ll get clean and conveniently located accommodation at a fraction of the price. And beside who needs Wi-Fi and widescreen TV in Bali? You’re here to soak up the culture and get out and about. Lovina in Northern Bali has superb dolphin spotting opportunities as well as trekking the local mountains and diving and snorkelling.

For backpackers and those on a shoestring, the ‘budget’ accommodation option is ideal, with an abundance of comfortable and clean guesthouses, small hotels and apartments available. Prices will be cheap and facilities may be limited, but Bali is such a warm and welcoming island that you’ll enjoy discovering your local restaurants, shops and activities.

And if you want to extend your South East Asian adventure further you should consider extending your stay and exploring the rest of Indonesia, reasonably prices Jakarta accommodations can also be found to help stretch your holiday budget that little bit further.
