Guide To Spiritual Travel: Popular Steps

  • January 17, 2024

Everyone enjoys traveling, even if it’s just for a brief period. One of the reasons for such enthusiasm is that it consistently offers a new outlook on life. Simply creating some space between yourself and your everyday surroundings enables you to view things with a renewed perspective. However, it is important to recognize that traveling can also be physically draining.

There are various explanations for this, but three are the most common

Traveling forces us to be fully present in the moment, and this is a positive aspect. It is for this reason that time seems stretched out during vacation. It forces us to break out of the routine and automatic way of living that we typically fall into, where our minds and bodies can relax and let go. It compels us to be mindful of our actions in every moment, such as planning schedules, transportation, and meals. It forces us to pay attention to every small detail around us, rather than just focusing on the important things. None of these aspects are negative! However, being completely present is not our usual way of living, so it can be incredibly exhausting.

As part of any journey, it is natural to break free from our habits. This can bring enjoyment and even have positive effects on our well-being. However, it does not take much time before we start to feel completely unbalanced, making us more prone to stress, irritability, difficulties sleeping, and even falling ill.

Lastly, the location where we sleep consistently affects us. While hotels can be nice, they never quite compare to the comfort of our bed. This is completely understandable from an energetic perspective. Every person carries their energy imprint wherever they go. The bed, in particular, is where we leave behind the greatest amount of that imprint. Beds have a soft and absorbent nature, allowing them to absorb this energy. Additionally, considering that we spend hours in them each night during our most intimate and vulnerable moments, beds rapidly accumulate energy. Therefore, it is no surprise that hotel beds are always filled with the energetic residue left behind by previous occupants. Consequently, this does not promote a very relaxing atmosphere.

While traveling is an incredible experience, it comes with its challenges. Acknowledging these challenges is just the beginning, as it provides an opportunity to find solutions and improve the overall path. Luckily, there are many ways to make traveling easier and more peaceful and enjoyable. Using psychic reading you can discover a new world of travels and get a great guide that answers any question.

A QUICK & EASY STEPS TO SPIRITUAL TRAVEL

1. Bed Thwacking

You can gain knowledge about bed thwacking from Karen Kingston, an expert in space clearing. Karen advises that we should regularly thwack our beds, regardless of whether we live alone or not. However, it becomes particularly crucial to do so after the end or start of a new relationship to avoid carrying the energy of the previous relationship into the new one. This practice is also essential for hotel rooms, considering the numerous individuals who occupy the space.

Before you get into your hotel bed, it’s important to give it thoroughly! This may sound fun, but it serves a purpose. Essentially, we are trying to disperse any accumulated negative energy from the bed and release it into the air where it can be easily eliminated. Ideally, you would use a baseball bat, but since we’re on the road, we’ll need to find an alternative. Simply use your fists to hit the bed, trying to cover every part. Thwacking will enhance your sleep quality and aid in alleviating any remaining travel stress.

2. Space Clearing

Space clearing can enhance the energy of a room, enabling you to unwind fully. This is particularly important in hotel rooms.

Sage is highly effective for space clearing but emits a lot of smoke. Therefore, for hotel rooms (where setting off a fire alarm is not desired), I suggest using a small piece of palo santo instead. As an added benefit, it is very convenient to pack.

3. Create Mental Space

Travel can be chaotic and loud, which is why it’s important to take some time to reflect on it. Journaling is a simple and efficient method to allow your mind to process everything. There’s no specific technique to it – simply start with a blank page and begin writing. I enjoy using my computer, but others might prefer pen and paper. As marking a live psychic on asknebula.com both methods are effective. The real magic lies in allowing your thoughts to flow without any filters.

If keeping a journal is not something that appeals to you, consider finding another method to unwind and reflect on the events of your day. Taking a leisurely walk, free from any specific plans or distractions from your phone, is another enjoyable approach. Just letting your mind wander without any limitations can be astonishingly effective in alleviating stress.

4. Bring A Travel Altar

When traveling, it is common to prioritize limited space and minimize belongings. However, I believe it is important to set aside a small amount of space for something meaningful. Creating a travel altar can serve as a reminder to focus and find comfort in the familiar. Similar to a personal altar, your travel altar can consist of any items that hold significance to you.

I typically carry a crystal with me most of the time, but you have the option to bring a photo, mala beads, or a small figurine. It is not advisable to use a real candle in a hotel room, but a battery-operated one can serve as a suitable alternative. Find a spot where you can place these items, such as a dresser or nightstand, where you can easily see them. Throughout your stay, make it a point to pause and take deep breaths whenever you notice them.

5. Meditation

Meditation is an excellent method for achieving inner balance and mindfulness. The practice of meditation should be under the control of a free psychic reading medium, which does not imply forced control over one’s thoughts; it simply aims to create some space between you and your constant stream of thoughts. There are different approaches to meditation that you can explore, especially if you are a beginner. Start with a mantra or try guided meditation.
