We all love to visit the beach but have you ever been to the beach in another country? Going to the beach on vacation is one of the most relaxing things you can do, but knowing where to go can be super tricky. In this article, we’ll be looking at the 10 most amazing beaches in the world and telling you why you absolutely need to visit. Whether you prefer to travel on a commercial plane or a private jet, we’ve got a beach perfect for you.

1. Navagio

Navagio beach is found in Greece on the coast of Zakynthos, in the Ionian islands. It is one of the most photographed places in the world due to the beauty of the cove. Because of this, thousands of people flock to the island every year to lay on its white sands. It has been known as “smugglers cove” for centuries because it was a favorite spot for pirates and criminals.

2. Whitehaven Beach

Whitehaven beach is located in Australia on Whitsunday Island, and it is one of the country’s biggest tourist destinations. The beach has over 7 kilometers of stunning white sand and clear blue water, making it a perfect place to unwind and get yourself some down-under sun. The clear water makes it the ideal place to charter a boat or go snorkeling and scuba diving.

3. Matira Point

Matira Point is on Bora Bora in French Polynesia, and it is one of the most stunning places on earth. The water is crystal clear, the sand is white, and there are coral reefs just offshore, which make it a perfect place to go for an underwater adventure. It is also one of the few beaches where you can find turtles swimming close to shore, though you should try to keep your distance.

4. Playa de ses Illetes

Playa de ses Illetes is located on the island of Formentera in Spain, and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Iberia. The water is clear blue, and there are many secluded coves that are perfect for exploring. It is also an excellent place for windsurfing and kitesurfing because of the strong winds that blow through the area, making it ideal for thrill-seekers and adventure junkies.

5. Horseshoe Bay Beach

Horseshoe Bay beach can be found in Bermuda, and it is well known for its pink sand beaches which are formed from crushed coral reefs. The beach has many different activities such as swimming, sunbathing, windsurfing, sailing, and snorkeling. There are also cliff jumping spots along the coast, making it a popular place for adrenaline junkies and deepwater divers.

6. Pink Sand Beach

Pink Sand Beach can be found on Harbour Island in The Bahamas, and as its name suggests, it has pink sand instead of the traditional white or yellow sand that most beaches have. The sand gets its color from the crushed coral reef that has been ground down over time into a fine powder. It’s a beautiful spot for swimming, sunbathing, or just taking a stroll along the shoreline.

7. Anse Source D’Argent

If you love water-based activities, then we think this beach is perfect as you can relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.

8. Beach of the Cathedrals

The Beach of the Cathedrals can be found in Galicia in Spain, and it gets its name from the massive rock formations that the sea has carved out over time. The rocks create many different tunnels and caves, which are perfect for exploring or just relaxing in. The water is also crystal clear, making it great for swimming or diving, plus you won’t need to worry about sharks. Winner!

9. Nungwi Beach

Nungwi beach is located on Zanzibar island off the coast of Tanzania, and people from all over the world visit it because it is so picturesque. The beach has white sand, turquoise water, and many palm trees, which make it a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. It is also an excellent place for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, and sailing. It’s the ultimate getaway spot.

10 . Cayo de Agua

Cayo de Agua is in Venezuela, and it is one of the most stunning places on earth. The island is uninhabited, but there are many small cottages that you can stay in, which are only accessible by boat. The water surrounding the island is crystal clear, making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, diving, or just relaxing in a hammock with a good book. Venezuela is a hidden gem, and somewhere you should absolutely visit.
