1. Auchenlarie Holiday Park

Located in Dumfries and Galloway within a mile from the beach, Auchenlarie Holiday Park is perfect for families. 3. Brighouse Bay Holiday Park

Located in Kirkcudbright, Brighouse Bay Holiday Park is a pet-friendly family camping park with 18-hole golf course, sandy beach, fitness room, amusement room, café and indoor pool. Nearby local attractions include Threave Castle, Maclellans Castle in the Centre of Kirkcudbright, and Brighouse Bay Trekking Centre. If golfing is your thing, you should not miss a chance to camp here. Other than golfing, you can go kayaking, canoeing, climbing, fishing, mountain biking and more in this popular holiday park in Scotland. 4. Muasdale Holiday Park

Located in Tarbert, Argyll in Scotland, this holiday park is relatively smaller but more peaceful choice just a few steps from the beach. You can enjoy the spectacular sea views over to Islay and Jura from your camping tent. This is also a Bird watching and wildlife haven. If you want to enjoy the natural beauty, it is a perfect place to be with your family and friends. Electric grass pitches are available from £20. There are plenty of opportunities for adventure around the holiday park.

5. Thurston Manor

Located just 25 miles to Edinburgh, Thurston Manor is a perfect camping location as it boasts of golden beaches and rolling hills. Its facilities include indoor swimming pool, fitness Centre, clubhouse and bar and more. Other than beholding the stunning natural beauty of the area, you can go golfing, sailing, fishing, and various water sports.

Motorcycle Camping In Scotland

Some of these popular camping spots in Scotland are perfect for motorcycle camping as well. You can take your favorite bike and various camping gear with you and head to one of these camping sites. The best advantage you get when going for motorcycle camping is visiting the nearby attractions in your own bike in nice and quick time.
