Following the recent announcement that Air New Zealand is going to run a matchmaking flight, we at PureTravel wondered what your dream inflight service would be. So we posed the question on Twitter, although strangely not one person mentioned inflight dating, here is the feedback:
@cameronolivier ah.. one that isn’t there yet? because I’d love reliable wifi and power for a laptop. 🙂 more leg room isn’t a service, hey? 😀
@carmenshirkey my dream inflight service would be a massage. Or an hour on a fully-reclining bed on a Europe flight.
@wanderingitaly A shot that knocks you out. They stack you like cordwood w/ rest of passengers. At arrival, another shot. Bam, you’re awake.
@nanniestarrison I’d love entertainment service, some fiction books and lots of free wine (like Qantas Airline does). Haha.
@kev_on_tour It might not be considered inflight service, but I would pay extra €€ for a baby free flight, especially intercontinental!
@andrewghayes Champagne cocktails before takeoff would be good. Yoga class for long-haul flights too please. 🙂
@WhyGoGreece as long as I have water and some entertaining i’m fine. dream would be wi-fi though.
@Alisabow Free Ambien so I can sleep thru the flight. Self massaging chair wld be nice, too.
@iledere What would be your dream inflight service? <- Internet!
@HipTravelWriter Being treated like a human being? ok you have to pay extra for that! Massages? Manicures – things we never get time to do!
@stackiii I usually pass out as soon as I sit down and buckle in…but I guess some kind of noise reduction mechanism.
@TheProseccoLife Dream inflight service: a 2hr Hawaiian massage, yoga nidra, fresh smoothie or chai in “Heavenly Class” (upgraded from First!).
@johelpad my inflight dream would be a great internet and TV services during intercontinental flights. Also to sleep in a soft n charmin bed
