Elite Destinations To Live In Australia

  • July 4, 2022
  • Jules

Australia is also known as the “lucky country” and if you have ever done any research or visited, it is easy to see why people love it so much. From some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, to diverse landscapes and national parks – the country has so much to offer and explore. In this article we will discuss the average prices of properties in Australia, and what areas may be best for you and your family.

An introduction to Australia
Australia prides itself on being a fair and equal country, encouraging equal opportunities for all. It is famous for its great sporting stars, light-hearted humour and charisma  – alongside the stunning scenery. If you’ve taken the plunge and are currently packing your belongings to ship them from the UK to Australia, the following information might give you a bit extra guidance!

Melbourne

You would be crazy not to fall in love with the city given its vibrant atmosphere, renowned architecture, and wealth of nearby natural attractions. Choose from upmarket suburbs such as Windsor or Albert Park where the average house price is around $678,000 dollars, with recent improvements on transport links to the city, this makes the journey easier than ever before. If you would like to live near the business district, consider Fitzroy, in which the house prices tend to range from $800,000 to $1.5million.

Sydney

Although it is definitely not the cheapest city to live in, you could never get bored here – the city never sleeps and there is always an electric vibe to the place. Consider Paddington and Potts Point for inner city living, and Bondi beach if you really want to splash some cash.  With the average house price on Bondi beach being around $3.8 Million, be prepared to spend a lot to be in such a fantastic location.

Perth

White sandy beaches, breath-taking views and a quieter vibe to life – if this sounds like a bit of you then Perth might be the place to be! With apartments in East Perth going for around $460,000 this is slightly more affordable than some of the other cities and is a great place to be. Go for drinks on the Swan sand banks after work, and relax in the beautiful weather that Australia has to offer.

Whether you are looking for your first home or your next investment property, Australian cities offer a vibrant array of different lifestyles.
